It is an exciting day as Nicole Steubing, our Customer Service Supervisor/USPS® Expert, has officially been a part of Postal Advocate for 5 Years. She oversees customer service cases and handles cases as well. Nicole is our USPS® subject matter expert – she continues to learn and support clients with their USPS® relationship and Business Customer Gateway.
We asked Nicole what the top 3 things that have changed are while she has worked at Postal Advocate over the last 5 years. This is what she had to say:
- A lot of our clients transitioned from Postage Meters to online postage platforms. Making it easier to print postage no matter the location.
- I was promoted to the Customer Service Supervisor and USPS® Advisor.
- This past year we went to Florida for our annual company retreat.
