It is an exciting day as Makayla Miller, our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, has officially been a part of Postal Advocate for 5 Years. She has been instrumental in increasing Postal Advocate’s brand awareness. Makayla’s areas of expertise, including social media, content creation, and website management.
We asked Makayla what are the top 3 things that have changed while she has worked at Postal Advocate over the last 5 years? This is what she had to say:
- The team and company have both grown since I started in 2020. At that time, we had 9 employees and now we have 13 employees. I love getting to know and work with all the new team members as we continue to thrive.
- We have a completely new website, which was a project I was thrilled to take on and manage. It was finished at the end of 2021. We are continuously improving the website to ensure that our content is as concise and simplified as possible for our audience.
- Our social media presence has gained significant traction, especially on our main platform, LinkedIn. In just the last 2 years, we went from 503 followers to 1,153 followers, which is an 129% increase.
