This week is National Postal Customer Council Week 2025. The theme for this year, Leading Forward, is a continuation of the concepts shared at the 2025 National Postal Forum (NPF) in Nashville back in April. “PCC week started this Monday, August 25 and ends Friday, August 29. “The PCC® Program’s mission is to foster a close working relationship between the U.S. Postal Service and commercial mailers.” During the week, USPS® leaders and postal customer councils (PCCs) come together to network and discuss the latest trends in the mailing and shipping industry.
