I am going to start out with a blanket statement based on years of customer research: 99% of medium to large organization have limited to no visibility into their mail spends across the enterprise. This leads to overspending, lack of control, and lost funds. The largest category of this overspending is with respect to mail that is outsourced to third parties consisting of print, mail, and presort services.
