Britany manages the day-to-day operations of Postal Advocate, overseeing that our client accounts are properly managed. She understands the issues that most customers face and is expert at setting up optimized mail management processes. She ensures that excess mailing vendor fees are eliminated, tracks those lost funds, streamlines invoices and helps solves clients’  problems. Britany has extensive experience in the mailing industry, having worked for Pitney Bowes in Strategic Account billing for 8 years.
