Effective June 23, 2019, USPS is having a second rate change requiring the use of dimensional weight to determine pricing for Priority Mail®, Priority Mail Express® and Parcel Select services.

Effective January 15, 2018, Canada Post is having postage rate change that will impact postage meter users.

Effective September 3, 2017, the U.S. Postal Service is re-classifying First-Class Mail® Parcels as retail prices for First-Class™ Package Services.
