Time To Celebrate: $50 Million in Client Savings!

We wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate another Postal Advocate Inc. milestone; Reaching over $50 million in client savings!  We launched Postal Advocate in 2011 because we recognized the challenges of trying to manage complex mailing equipment portfolios. We believe that we have created a platform that drives savings while making the process easy.

Some of our proudest achievements include the following:

  • 60% savings averaging $1.5M per client
  • Over $16,000,000 in recovery of lost postage, vendor fees and overcharges
  • Development of the only multi-vendor mailing equipment & fleet asset management system
  • Simplifying the enterprise mail category

We are grateful to our clients who partnered with us to drive savings with their mailing costs and postage spends.  The key to our success is bridging the gap between the national contracting initiatives to the location level requirements and then closing the loop to make sure all aspects of the process are being managed.
