This is a reminder that the USPS® Rate Temporary Increase goes into effect this Sunday, October 18, 2020. These increases are directly related to the demand due to the COVID-19 pandemic and expected volumes during the holidays with increase in overall expenses. The temporary rate increase is set to end on Sunday, December 27, 2020.
Retail prices and international products will not be impacted.
Increases will be seen for commercial domestic competitive parcels – Priority Mail® Express, Priority Mail®, First-Class Package Service, Parcel Select and Parcel Return Service.
